These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AlphinaPaws.com (the "Site") and purchases made through Alphina Paws.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Online Store Terms

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a purchase through the Site.

You may not use our products, Site, or services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes or violate applicable laws in connection with your use of the Site.

Products

Alphina Paws offers pet products and accessories.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, features, and other information accurately.

Actual product color, appearance, packaging, or minor product details may vary because of differences in screens, manufacturing updates, suppliers, or other reasonable factors.

Material differences affecting the nature or functionality of a product will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law.

Pet Safety and Appropriate Use

Pet products should be used appropriately and in accordance with any instructions, warnings, sizing information, or intended uses supplied with the product.

Animals may respond differently to toys, beds, feeding products, grooming products, carriers, training equipment, and other pet products.

You are responsible for selecting products appropriate for your pet's size, age, health, temperament, and behavior and for providing reasonable supervision when appropriate.

Immediately discontinue use of any product that becomes damaged or presents a potential hazard.

Nothing on the Site constitutes veterinary, medical, or professional animal-health advice. Consult a qualified veterinarian regarding questions involving your pet's health or medical needs.

Nothing in this section excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Pricing

Prices are displayed on the Site and may change from time to time.

The price charged for an order will be the price presented to you during checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors as permitted by law.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be presented during checkout or otherwise disclosed before the transaction is completed.

One-Time Purchases

Unless expressly and conspicuously stated otherwise on the applicable product and checkout pages before you complete your purchase, products sold through Alphina Paws are purchased on a one-time basis.

A standard product purchase does not enroll you in a membership, subscription, recurring billing program, or automatic renewal arrangement.

Your payment method will be charged for the amount presented to you and authorized by you during checkout, together with any disclosed applicable taxes or shipping charges.

Payment

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method selected and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the amount displayed during checkout.

Payment processing may be performed by third-party providers and is subject to their applicable security and processing requirements.

Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance of that order.

We may reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, legal restrictions, technical errors, or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will provide an appropriate refund.

We will not cancel orders for unlawful discriminatory reasons.

Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe represented at the time of purchase.

If we are unable to ship within a promised timeframe, or within the timeframe otherwise required by applicable law, we will provide any notice, consent option, cancellation right, or refund required by law.

Delivery times may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, high-volume periods, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order begins fulfillment.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, damaged merchandise, and similar matters are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, special offers, and sale pricing may be subject to additional terms disclosed with the offer.

We may correct or cancel promotions affected by technical errors, misuse, fraud, or obvious pricing mistakes where permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, intentional misconduct, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Alphina Paws for losses caused by Alphina Paws or where such an obligation is prohibited by applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory protections provided by the laws that apply to them.
